I don't know about you guys, but I'm feeling a bit burned out and need a little bit of self-care.
So Today! We are going to kick off a week of taking care of ourselves with a simple but hard one: PLAY!
Playing as an adult is easier if you have a pet or a child - just join in with them. If you don't have a an enthusiastic play partner nearby try to think about what immediately comes to mind when you think of "play" and do that. Work on a puzzle, kick a soccer ball around, make fingerprint animals - whatever it is - just play!
