Meals On Wheels

Today we are going to help homebound seniors.

Check out Meals on Wheels (wow! they have an, awesome hip website) and see how you can best be of help. Maybe you have free time to deliver meals or maybe you can give them $5.  And if you don't have time or money take it more local - go visit your grandparent(s) or a homebound relative.

I'm sure they'd love to see you and give you a hug. It would brighten both your days!
